Hi! I’m Divyne, a 25-year-old photographer and creative working in Soho. I’m looking for a clean, peaceful room in a safe building for $600–$650 per month. Since I work in Manhattan, I prefer an easy commute from areas like Harlem, Hamilton Heights, Mott Haven/Port Morris, Bed-Stuy, Clinton Hill, or Bushwick.

I’m easygoing, respectful, and clean, and I like to keep shared spaces neat. When I’m home, I’m usually editing photos, creating content for my small business, or relaxing. I’d love a roommate who is friendly, mature, welcoming, and comfortable living with someone creative.

I’m looking for a home where we both feel comfortable, communicate openly, and respect each other’s space and schedules. I would also like a place where occasional visitors are okay and a roommate who is pet friendly. I’m aiming for a February move-in, but I’m flexible to move in as soon as Janurary
