Looking to sublet my apartment for the remainder of the lease (ends January 2024). The rent per month is $1,000 even (plus fees if you use the Rezi app). Utilities are not included however they are only about $50 a month and wifi is already set up and is $18 a month. There are two other roommates currently living here and are friendly and respectful. We already have a couch and tv, as well as additional kitchen storage (wire racks). There is also a washer and dryer in the unit as well as a dishwasher, and microwave.
