I am new to Charlotte from Georgia. I am decidedly left leaning politically, pretty lowkey, and I enjoy cooking and cleaning. I am open to anyone that will pay their rent, keep their room clean ( I mean sanitary, it’s not my business if you are messy), and isn’t a mean spirited jackass. I would like a new friend, but if you are not interested in that, i am cool with that as well. I am just looking for a kind, functioning adult that is not into anything harmful to themselves or those around them like narcotics or MAGA politics. Two bedroom , one bath bungalow with an attached garage, washer and dryer, screened in porch, large garden and yard. It’s a smaller home solidly built in the 50’s with original and beautiful hardwood floors throughout. The location is amazing. It is surrounded by expansive parks with recreation fields and trails as well as a golf course. Convenient access to Uptown. Southend, interstate and public transportation. It is fully furnished but I am amenable to storing something if that is preferred.
