Fully furnished 4 bed/2bath on Dorchester Ave. with a large kitchen, common area, outdoor porch, and ground-level patio.
Location: 10 minute walk from JFK/UMass, 15 minute walk from Star Market, 10 minute walk from South Bay (Target/TJ Maxx, Stop&Shop), walking distance to Carson Beach.
Current Roommates: All roommates are undergrad students, mostly quiet.
Rent: Month-to-month, longer-term agreements optional if desired. $900/month for rent (private bedroom w/ lock and key and a shared bathroom with one other person) and utilities (gas/electric/wifi) are split evenly.
Misc: The unit is on the second floor of a three-family. Children live in the unit upstairs, so there are rules about smoking/etc outside. We also make a significant effort to be respectful and mindful of the noise level, especially after 8PM on school nights.
