I'm laid-back, friendly and easy to get along with. I enjoy cooking, watching sports and movies, going out occasionally, and relaxing at home. I keep the house clean and organized, but I'm not obsessive about it—I just appreciate living with someone who cleans up after themselves and treats the home and shared spaces with respect.
I'm social and always happy to have a conversation, share a meal or watch a game, but I also value downtime and don't expect a roommate to become my best friend or feel obligated to socialize. Ideally, we'd have the kind of roommate relationship where we're comfortable hanging out occasionally while also doing our own thing.
Communication is important to me. If something comes up, I'd much rather talk about it like adults than let little issues turn into bigger ones. I'm looking for someone who's similarly mature, considerate, financially responsible and easygoing.
The house is generally quiet and relaxed. I'm not a big partier. Having friends over from time to time is completely fine—I'm looking for a home, not a monastery.
I also share the house with Kobe, my very friendly 3-year-old Russian Blue cat. He's social, curious and likes people, so being someone who genuinely enjoys having a cat around is important.
Ultimately, I'm looking for someone who wants this to feel like their home too—not someone who feels like they're simply renting a bedroom in someone else's house.

Private bedroom available in a spacious, clean and fully furnished 2-bedroom, 1½-bath townhouse in Society Hill II, Jersey City. You would be sharing the entire townhouse with just one other person.
The open bedroom is currently unfurnished, giving you the option to furnish and personalize it yourself. A furnished option may also be available if preferred.
The townhouse features a spacious living room with gas fireplace, separate dining area, fully equipped kitchen, in-unit washer and dryer, central A/C and heat, high-speed internet, plenty of storage, and a private balcony overlooking the community. The full bathroom is shared upstairs, with an additional half-bath on the main level.
Society Hill II is a quiet, gated, beautifully maintained, tree-lined community with great amenities, including an outdoor swimming pool, tennis courts, basketball court, playground, scenic river walk, landscaped grounds, and ample parking.
The location is convenient to ACME, Target, Planet Fitness, Home Depot, Wonder Bagel, UPS Store, restaurants and other shopping. Easy access to the Hudson-Bergen Light Rail, Routes 440 and 78, NJ Turnpike, Liberty State Park, Downtown Jersey City and Manhattan.
