I work full-time, enjoy cooking and relaxing at home after work. I'm very clean and organized, rarely drink, never smoke, but I am 420 friendly. I'm really into health so I pay attention to what I'm eating and I work out a few times a week. I would describe myself as optimistic, creative, silly and spiritual. Room has Tuft & Needle mattress with bedframe, desk, floorlamp, shelving and closet. Bathroom is shared but there is a half bath downstairs. I have two super sweet cats. There is assigned parking with a private courtyard entrance to condo. Really nice community swimming pool that's usually pretty quiet along with tennis courts. Great location near Belcher and Sunset Point, just a few minutes from Dunedin. Clean and organized space. Looking for a quiet, respectful person with a steady income at least twice the rent.
