Hi; I own a very nice 5 bedroom home 3 full bath in a very nice quiet safe neighborhood in Queen Creek AZ. I’m looking for single Christian male Roomate’s. Disclaimer: No I’m not being sexist and yes I’m straight. If you feel this fits you, feel free to reach out to me. Currently 2 Males living in 5 bedroom including myself and one other, there is a 3rd but he will he moving out in March getting married. We are all young professionals in our Mid 30’s to early 40’s. At most there would be 4 occupying the house at any given time with one room remaining open as a guest bedroom. I have 2 small hypoallergenic dogs and will not allow other pets, so please not this would be an only disclaimer. They are potty trained and very friendly, but calm, hopefully you are a pet lover or tolerant. Rent would be due on the 1st of each month and would be month to month no lease agreement, and would include hi speed internet access and currently cable TV. Washer and Dryer are used as community washer and drying in house between us. I only require a 60 day notice prior to moving out.
