2nd Floor Apartment, Attached to home that is rented. Private entrance.
There are two bedrooms, 1 for me of course, and the other to be rented.
All other areas of the apartment are shared.
This includes a small full bathroom
Nice size living room, which includes and dining area.
It is on the second floor above and attached to a house.
The walk-up entrances is a fire-escape set of stairs that are permanently down.
There are no pets allowed per lease agreement.
No smoking period, inside or outside, per lease agreement.
No loud parties, this is a peaceful neighborhood location.
You will have a dedicated parking space.
No cable but WIFI available.
All utilities are split down the middle, with total cost a month of approximately $150.00 a month depending on electrical usage, heat usage, and ac unit usage in personal and shared spaces.
