The walk-up entrances is a fire-escape set of stairs that are permanently down.
There are no pets allowed per lease agreement.
No smoking period, inside or outside, per lease agreement.
No loud parties, this is a peaceful neighborhood location.
You will have a dedicated parking space.
No cable but WIFI available.
