I just signed a 1-yr lease on a spacious 2 BR/BA (1500 sq ft) unit on the ground floor of a house on Piedmont Ave across from Piedmont Park and I am looking for a roommate to join me. I have a ~20lb miniature Australian Shepherd, so looking for someone who likes dogs.
The house is in a great location across from the park and walking distance to tons of restaurants/bars and MARTA (<15 min walk to Arts Station). You will be able to park in the parking lot behind the house. The house has a great front porch and front patio grilling area looking out over the park.
