37 year old IT guy who just went through a breakup and have a nice spare room to offer. The apartment is in a great location literally a 3 minute walk to the Addison blue line. The landlord is great and I have never had any problems with him. As for myself I work a hybrid schedule 3 days at home 2 in the office. I like sports, going out and having a good time. I’m not a clean freak all I ask is that you clean up after yourself.

It is a 2nd floor apartment in a duplex. The landlord is great and responds in very quick time. It’s on a relatively busy street so the south side of the street is forbidden to park from 7-9 am and the north side of the street is forbidden from 4-6 pm. It is a 2 bedroom apartment with a shared bathroom and living space. Bills are not included in the rent but they are very reasonable. It’s already somewhat furnished as well. Also, the apartment comes with a balcony!
