Available Room for Rent

9ish months of lease left

I'm currently going through a divorce and would like to stay in my townhome until the lease ends. I have two young boys who will be with me every other weekend, so it’s an active household. A room will be available soon, and I’ll need to rearrange a few things to get it ready. If you have any questions, please don’t hesitate to ask! I do also have a 10 year old Golden and 4 year old cat that will be here full time. The rent is $2,100 a month, and I'm looking for someone to share the space and costs. I’ll cover all the utilities. There is a full size washer and dryer in the basement as well. The lease will end July 2025.
