Two Private rooms for rent. Same rent for either, $862.50. Both have built in Closets. Additional Bonus room is available for tenant with the smaller room so the space offered mostly evens out. Apartment is a 2 minute walk from Orient heights station. Typically parking in front of the apartment is easy and rarely out of space. We have a great view of East Boston and the airport. Current roommates are moving out as we speak so early move in (August) is available if needed.
