PRIVATE ROOM + BATHROOM - ROOMMATE WANTED ASAP! 🏡 Modern, Updated Home Near McFerrin Park In East Nashville 🏡

I’m looking for 1 roommate to join my lease with me in my 3bd/2.5b 1,504 SqFt house in East Nashville, located in the McFerrin Park neighborhood (8 minutes from Downtown, in the heart of everything).

ABOUT YOU:
A respectful, hygienic and ambitious individual (male or female), mid-late 20’s/early 30’s preferred! No cigs please, but chill w the other stuff. 🍃 Respectfully, it needs to be someone that is established and has the vast-majority of their life together (think stable income, good credit score, social, friendly, trustworthy, responsible, good human, won’t burn the place down, etc.). Bonus points if you’re into gardening and/or interior design, as I will be needing some serious assistance in both of these areas! 😂

THE HOUSE:
I’m currently in the process of moving in (my intended roommate unfortunately had a sublet fall through last-minute and is unable to sign-on now 😕) but can attest that the house is SO dope. It’s a modern updated home with a HUGE privacy-fenced backyard + deck + fire pit. Should be a great space for grilling out and entertaining/chilling w friends on the weekends! You would have your own private room, private full bath, then the 3rd room we could both utilize as a shared office/guest room/additional storage. Additionally, the house has an amazing kitchen with stainless steel appliances, full washer/dryer, open-concept, great natural light! Living room will also be furnished.

PETS 🐶🐱:
I have a 7-month old pup named Marty, he’s a chihuahua-mix that I adopted back in the fall from Wags & Walks Nashville! He’s a lil guy; super playful, outgoing and energetic, but also super super sweet and lovable. I also have a cat named Trevor. He’s an old man but is super chill and sweet. Intended roommate would need to be cool living with a small dog and cat. Willing to consider a roommate with a pet of their own on a case-by-case basis!

THE NEIGHBORHOOD:
Steps away from McFerrin Park, Redheaded Stranger, and Wilburn Street Tavern! Conveniently located in East Nashville, roughly 5-8 minutes to downtown w/ quick interstate access, about 1 mile from Nissan Stadium.

LEASE DURATION:
With the lease already being a few days in, I’m looking for a roommate to get added onto the lease AS SOON AS POSSIBLE! Ideally, I’d love for someone to join the lease by April 1st, but also willing to consider a later date depending on the situation. It’s a 12-month lease which is set to end on 03/14/2023, with option to renew.

RENT & DEPOSIT:
There will be an application + credit check through the property manager, then $1350 deposit due at signing. Monthly rent of $1350 + split utilities (water, electric, internet, lawn care).
