Marisa O - $3,000/month

Hello! My name’s Marisa, and I’m looking for a roommate starting sometime within the next 2 months or so. I’m 35 years old, and I work as a Data Scientist. I’m looking into moving to the South Shore or Metro West near the commuter rail (Framingham, Middleborough, Rockland, etc), but I’m thinking west of Boston might be preferable to south of Boston. I have found 2 bed, 2 bath apartments ranging from $1700-$2800 total per month (so $850-1400 per person). I have enough furniture to furnish all the common areas, including all the kitchen appliances one could ever need. I’m looking for someone I can be friendly with, someone who is clean like myself, and someone who would be comfortable living with my possibly hypo-allergenic cat and dog (sorry, no other pets). I’d prefer someone a bit closer to my age who is either a graduate student or working professional. Must-haves for me would be in-unit laundry and parking for my car, but other than that, I’m open-minded. I love to travel, cook, read, swim, and try new foods and activities.
