Hi! We are renting a room in Arlington County on Madison Street, near the East Falls Church Metro Station for $600 a month. Our ideal candidate is a young, Christian man – and we are especially partial to church musicians in need of practice space and noise tolerance. The space is available now. Prior to doing so, you’ll be required to pay a security deposit and pass a background check, per the wishes of the property owner. Please note as well that your room is partially furnished with a bed and dresser, and the house is located in the Westover neighborhood near the Italian Store, Lost Dog, and W@OD trail. You’ll be joining a group of Christian men of various ages and employed in white collar professions, such as journalism, teaching, and microbiology.
