I'm a recent transplant from California and am looking to settle in the city. I work in research at a TV network in Midtown Manhattan, and I'm looking to keep my commute down to 40 mins or less.
Ideal locations for me would be: Upper East Side, Upper West Side, Murray Hill/Kips Bay/Gramercy. Laundry in the building would be ideal, but not a dealbreaker.
My max budget is $1450 (incl utilities) but if possible, I'd like to stay on the lower side.
Some of my hobbies include: TV/movies, reading, yoga, bowling, trivia/board games, exploring the city, brunches/wine, and traveling!
I'm looking to live with another female professional around the same age (20s-30s) who is clean, responsible, and respectful. Someone that doesn't smoke or do drugs or bring the party home. Ideally someone who loves TV so we have that in common. :) I'd love to be friends with my roommate, but if that doesn't happen, I just want to have a peaceful living relationship.
