I work full time in Green Hills until about 2pm each day. I spend my free time reading, writing, running, watching movies, and hanging out with friends. I’m a bit of a homebody but also make an effort to get out of the house outside of work, whether that’s reading at the park, hanging at the local coffee shop (pre and post COVID), and hiking at Percy Priest with my friends. Looking for someone tidy and responsible. It’d be lovely to befriend whoever moves in but I understand if that’s not something you’re interested in! Must be okay with living with my very sweet cat!

I have a bedroom available in a 2br/ 1br in Melrose. It’s less than a mile from the heart of 12 South and a short drive to the nearest grocery store. Nearby restaurants include: Ladybird taco, Taqueria Del Sol, Mafiozas, Josephine, Frothy Monkey, etc. Very walkable neighborhood with bike lanes. Ideally looking for someone to move in April 1st but open to mid April or May. If you have any questions please let me know. The lease is 1 year.
