Looking for a third roommate to join us in our 3-bedroom apartment located in Hell's Kitchen for a May or June move in (12-month lease). The available room is a flex bedroom, bigger than the second bedroom, and has a personal balcony with a stunning view of Hell's Kitchen and Times Square. The apartment is in a luxury building with all the amenities, including a washer/dryer in unit, brand-new appliances, and rooftop access.

The rent is $2,300 per month, and utilities are split evenly among roommates. We are both easy-going individuals hoping to find a new friend to live with.
