I’m not sure if I put the right neighborhood in but I live in west haven sylvan area! I have a room up for rent that has barely been lived in! You would have your own full bathroom, in unit laundry, there’s a pool, gym and hottub! The parking can be tricky if you don’t want to pay for a spot but a covered spot is only 50$ a month! I have the living room completely furnished and maybe room for a dinning table if you have one.
