Renting out my spare bedroom in my clean, quiet condo. The secondary bedroom is 10.5x10.5ft, so a comfortable size with enough space for a bed, desk, and dresser. It also has a small closet for storage. It was being used as my office/game room. I will remove the lamp and chrome heart logos on the wall if you are serious about moving in! I can also remove the shower curtains and mats in the second bathroom if you prefer to bring your own. There is shared access to the kitchen and living areas, with most of the place already furnished. Ideal for someone looking for an affordable, peaceful place to stay. The price includes all utilities and your own parking spot!
