I have lived in NYC for over 8 years, been in Stuytown for 3 years, and lived in my current apartment for 1.
My current roommate is moving in with her boyfriend; so, I am looking for someone to resign the lease with for next year because I love my apartment and the neighborhood!
I mainly work from home but tend to keep to the desk in my room during work hours. I am very flexible when it comes to most things in the apartment and like to keep an open line of communication to avoid any issues.
I am an avid baker and will happily push any baked goods onto you. If I am not out spending time with friends, I'll be at home reading or working on an embroidery project.
