Share a 2 bedroom, one bathroom house with a groovy male tax accountant in Hyde Park Los Angeles close to Florence Ave. Looking for a male or female roommate (please no couples or parents with a child in room) with no pets to share a single family home with backyard. Legal two car Garage in back will be converted into an efficiency unit so there is a possibility to move into the back house at a later date. You will be living with the owner who has mad renovation skillz and will be working on the property continuously. Bathroom will be partially renovated but completely functional. $800 per month. $800 Deposit required to move in.
