We have a 4 bedroom house located near GCU. In a safe neighborhood, we know both of our neighbors and they are sweet old couples. Our house has 3 bedrooms that share a full bathroom and then a master bedroom with it's own bathroom with dual shower heads and a spacious walk in closet with shelves and racks.
