- No pets
- Utilities such as gas/electricity, high-speed internet are around $80-120/month

Me: I am 26 y/o, I speak English/Spanish I work in the freelance filmmaking industry. I am not noisy at night, I am considerate/respectful, will clean common areas/dishes after myself, and would expect the same from my roommate.
