Hi everyone, I am looking for one roommate (no couples) to renew my lease with starting April 1st.
The total rent will be $2375 (maybe $2400) and the available room will be $1187/month (or $1200 adjustment)

- Room size: Room 182.8 sqft (11’3” x 16’3”) / Closet size 14.5 sqft (6’ x 2’5”)
- 4th Floor walk-up
- Location: Inwood, Manhattan
- 1-minute walk from the train station
- Spacious common area with lots of sunlight
- Room will be empty but if you want certain things in the photos, let me know
- No pets
- Utilities such as gas/electricity, high-speed internet are around $80-120/month

Me: I am 26 y/o, I speak English/Spanish I work in the freelance filmmaking industry. I am not noisy at night, I am considerate/respectful, will clean common areas/dishes after myself, and would expect the same from my roommate.

-Income should be 40x the rent or have guarantor (80x)
