Nicholas Y - $1,800/month

A little about me: I work full time in Human Resources with the NYC Department of Sanitation and I’m also a full-time student at Baruch College. Between work and classes, I’ll be out during the day Monday through Friday. In my free time I enjoy going to the gym, running, and spending time with friends. I’m clean, quiet, responsible, and respectful of shared spaces.

I also have one indoor cat. She’s litter-trained, well-behaved, and has never caused any issues, but I wanted to mention her upfront in case there are any pet policies.

I’m looking to move sometime in July and can be flexible on the exact move-in date, but I would need to move in by July 31. If the room is still available, I’d love to learn more about it and see if I might be a good fit for the household.
