Looking for a LGBTQ+ accepting roommate to take up other room for rent

*I'm not the landlord, just a tenant looking for another roommate.*

I'm looking for someone who is 22-30 years old, good at keeping the common space clean, doesn't smoke nicotine, is not a heavy drinker, is LGBTQ+ friendly, adventurous, and loves nature just as much as I do. Bonus points if you are good with tools and a general fixer and tinkerer like me.

Rent is $1,300 a month with amenities included *except* for electricity. The room listing has a closet, furniture, an entrance to the balcony, and a pretty sizable smart TV. The property is on the nicer side of Lake Arrowhead and not too far from everything. It's walking distance from a church, fire station, and hospital, so you're always a moment's notice from being saved in one way or another. Lake Arrowhead village/Blue Jay is about a 10-minute drive away, which is where most of the shopping and grocery stores are located. Trash pickup is available, but you will need to get a P.O. box for mail and packages, as the house is slightly off the main road. While the water is good enough for cleaning and bathing, it's not good enough to drink and cook, so I've been buying water in bulk. That said, the place has been recently remodeled and is still kind of in the process of touch-ups, so while the place is very nice and cozy, there are still some growing pains here and there. The balcony gets a view of the lake, and the property has lake rights, too, if that's your fancy.
