Hi everyone ☺️ My name is Lana and I am renting out a bedroom in my apartment, located in Middle Village, Queens from April 1st - August 1st. It’s a quiet and safe neighborhood that’s close to many stores, bus stops, and the M train station.

You’d only be sharing the apartment with me, my 2 cats (which you’ll probably barely see) and my small maltipoo named Gus. They’re all friendly! Being that I already have 3 animals, no other pets please!

Your room gets the best natural lighting of the entire apartment, has a nice sized closet, 2 windows, AND there is a washer + dryer in the apartment!

All utilities are included in the rent cost (including high speed internet) which is $1,200/month. No security deposit is required being that it’s a short stay.

The room fits a twin OR full size bed along with other furniture. It will come furnished with the desk + mirror (pictured) and my current roommate is willing to sell her twin size bed frame, mattress, and bedding for a low cost if you’re interested in having the room already fully furnished!

About me: I am a 21-year-old full-time worker. I’m very communicative, responsible, and friendly. I respect your space and peace!

I do have my boyfriend over on the weekends, he’s 26 and very mature and respectful. You probably won’t see him much as we run errands on the weekends.

I NEVER bring the party home and I would like someone similar. I am looking for a roommate that is responsible, preferably works full-time, and is also respectful and clean.
