Our roommate has decided to move out and we are looking for a renter to take over for Aug 2.

Located off of Clime near Demorest, small quiet neighborhood, kids playing in the street, friendly neighbors. $800/Mo, includes all utilities and Gigabit Internet. no deposit required, just first months rent. Street or driveway parking.
The space is a split level house, you would have the downstairs bedroom, and a semi private bathroom, entry thru the garage, and the space is ADA compliant and Wheelchair accessible (Bathroom as well). Washer & Dryer free to use upstairs. Garage has a medium sized fridge/freezer you are free to make use of.

We have 1 Dog who freely roams the house but mostly sleeps in the living room, and 2 cats who are isolated. Non smoking house, but we are a 420 home. Vaping inside is fine but any cigarette use must be outside. we are not loud, we are not partiers (The most rowdy we get is D&D lol). Were pretty nerdy folk, very chill and respectful. We spend most evenings watching movies or dumb stuff on Youtube, or playing games.
