Hello! I'm a respectful father of 2 girls. My 5-year-old lovable pit/mix and my 15-year-old daughter.
I work graveyard shifts as a local gaming bartender during the weekdays and I have my daughter during the weekends. We are looking for a clean, respectful and drama free female roommate to live with us for a while. I have available a small but extremely clean and cozy room just feet from a private bathroom and washer/dryer. Internet and all Utils will be included in the monthly rent of $450.00. I live in a really nice and quiet neighborhood close to just about everything you can think of. About 7 minutes from the 215 and 15 minutes from the strip and airport. I'm located in the SW area by Rhodes Ranch. My house is small but very cozy and clean. A $450.00 refundable deposit will be required on move in for a total of $1,000.
