Private bedroom available in a well-maintained, quiet home located in an established residential neighborhood. The room is furnished with a queen-size bed and has good natural light and closet space. The bathroom is mostly private and would only need to be shared occasionally if I have visitors.

The home has a calm, comfortable atmosphere with shared access to the living room, full kitchen, laundry, and a lovely outdoor patio and atrium space — perfect for relaxing after a long day.

I work from home full-time, so I’m ideally looking for someone whose work schedule is primarily outside the home. This is a clean, orderly, and peaceful household — not a party house. I value privacy, consistency, and respectful communication.

Rent includes water, trash, internet, and other utilities; electricity will be shared separately. Plenty of street parking is available.

I have a small dog, so you must be comfortable around pets. No additional animals please. Non-smoking home. Overnight guests should be minimal and discussed in advance. References, proof of income, and background check required.
