Large 2-bedroom, 1-bath apartment on a quiet block in the heart of Hells Kitchen (51st between 8th & 9th) available for rent.
The apartment is a true two-bedroom (closets in both!) in a well-maintained elevator building. Steps away from the 50th St C/E station and only less than a 5 minute walk from the 1/N/Q/R/W subway lines and surrounded by lively restaurants, bars, and shopping, the convenience of this location is unmatched.
The available bedroom is big enough for a full-sized bed with several dressers or a queen bed. If you work from home, there is room for a small desk in the bedroom, otherwise, you’re welcome to set up a workspace in the living room. Having lived here for a year already, I’m excited to renew this lease again as I’ve had a great experience—the building is well managed and maintained, management is responsive, and (most importantly!) we have not experienced any bugs or little critters in the apartment.
