I’m a 35 y/o woman who works full-time from home. In addition to my full-time job, I manage my own Etsy shop, so a lot of my free time is spent on crafting for my store. I’m 420 friendly, and I don’t drink or smoke cigarettes. I have friends over sometimes and you, of course, are welcome to do the same. I'm hoping we'd get along because I do enjoy a roommate I can chill with (especially if quarantines are, like, a thing now), but who also understands that alone-time is just as valuable. Also, I have an extremely affectionate cat and we would not mind another cat in the house (as long as they get along).

I have a small room for rent in my two-bedroom apartment. Move-in date is flexible, but I NEED a roommate by June 1.
The room is furnished with a full size bed (with mattress), large dresser, end table, and window AC unit. There is no closet in the room, but there is a small one just outside the bedroom that would be all yours. Shared spaces include a bathroom, kitchen, and living room.
Total move-in cost is $1900, which includes first month's rent and $750 security deposit + $300 for the furniture (which you're actually buying off my old roommate, so it's all yours to take with you if/when you move out).
The apartment is in a pre-war building in a very convenient location. Prospect Park is 3 minutes away, and so is the subway (B/Q @ Church Ave., only 30 minutes to Union Square). There is a grocery store on the corner and a laundromat across the street, so everything you need is nearby.
