Welcome home, this 3 bedroom home is tucked away in the suburban area of Greensboro, NC. very close to downtown and 3 minutes from the Natural Science Center. I am looking for a PERFECTLY GOOD female roommate, who lives a drama free life. No drinking alcohol (spirits), no drugs, no outside company . I conduct background checks, drug testing, and a check for legal employment. I am a settled 50 year old woman and I do not have any room for any BS! I am not looking to give out any awards for “the worst roommate ever”! You must be employed and able to pay rent on time by the 5th of every month. I clean my own house, you keep your area clean. You can cook, but I don't cook after 8:00pm. NO dishes are left in the sink. I KEEP a very clean home! NO RODENTS, NO BEDBUGS ALLOWED HERE!
