I have a 14 month old border collie pup. I am interested in rock climbing and outdoor activities.

I'm looking for a place with a large backyard for the pup and office space for my work. Preferably a house is ideal. I'm looking for someone who's communicative, respectful, and is also interested in going climbing, camping, kayaking, and more.

I like to keep the home generally pretty clean, especially shared spaces. I don't particularly care about your private space. I expect to work with the roommate to tidy up the home once a week.
