**About your roommate/me**:
I am a young professional in my early 30s and work as a Data Scientist/Machine Learning Engineer. I work from home on most days. I bought this place in July, 2023 and I will be your landlord as well as your roommate. So, rest assured that everything in the apartment will be quickly fixed!
I like to cook. I am all social but keep it low-key during the work week. As for hobbies, I am a swing dancer, hiker, museum visitor, culture-lover, boardgamer. I like hosting low-key dinner/boardgame parties on weekends. To keep the house in good order, I used to take turns with my roommate cleaning the common areas once a week.
Unfortunately, pet are not allowed.
I want to rent to a responsible, clean, respectful professional. LGBTQ+ friendly. I am looking to rent this place starting Oct 26th, 2025 for a 3 to 6 month lease and open to a long term lease.
