Hi all , we have a cozy 5-bedroom 2 bathroom house located in Northeast Colorado Springs! Currently looking for 1 roommate to add to our lease for May 2026-2027. Common areas are furnished, but the open bedroom is up to you! We currently have two cats, open to more cats but ideally no dogs. Rent is $540 per person + split utilities ($50-$80 each, depending on the season).
