I'm looking for a potential roommate. My preference would be an individual over age 40 who's got a steady income.

No drinking; Smoking outside only. I have a cat & since my income is limited, I like to keep my utilities low. That means the thermostat in Winter can go as low as 72. And, in Summer up to 75-76. I'm not cheap, but frugal.

I'm 420 friendly & will start a part time job in a few weeks. I currently live in Springfield, but I'm willing to relocate to another neighborhood if we can find a 2 br for $1200 - $1300. I can afford $650 towards rent & another $120 towards utilities.

I'm not someone who enjoys drama & please if you vote right wing, just keep scrolling. Fascists need not apply. I believe in God, but if you don't, that's okay.

I have an advanced degree & would prefer to share a place with someone who's IQ is above 95.
