My name is James Apollo, and I’m an entrepreneur relocating from Los Angeles to the New York/New Jersey area for business. I own a nonprofit organization, operate an e-commerce store, and develop apps on the side. I’m seeking a roommate situation or rental starting as soon as possible, with plans to stay through either July 6th or July 30th.

Please note, I will be out of town during the week of July 5th to July 10th, so I would appreciate consideration for prorated rent during that time, though I’m also open to paying the full month if necessary.

I’m in my mid-30s, professional, and focused primarily on work. I work remotely most days and value a quiet, respectful living environment. I smoke occasionally but never indoors. I’m not interested in partying or heavy socializing at home — just looking for a respectful, adult living situation where privacy and space are honored.

I’m tidy and responsible — I clean up after myself and keep my space orderly. I’m a bit more on the mature side; this isn’t my first rodeo. I’m coming down here strictly for business and want a respectful environment.

If and when I do bring people into the space, whether guests or work meetings, I will always give very advanced notice and ensure respect for all roommates and shared spaces.
