looking for a roommate in an excellent area at a greats price!! I am looking to rent 1 large bedroom with a private bathroom and a shared kitchen for the price of $1300! The room is bigger than a studio with its own AC unit. The place is a 3 bedroom 2 bath but currently I am the only one here. The apartment is centrally located, walking distance to the movies, restaurants, gym, bars, etc. I have a really sweet cat, he is indoor and a very loving animal.
Utilities are extra but they are super affordable too. There will also be a security deposit. I am looking for someone with good energy/mindful/respectful :)
