Hi all! My name is Tim, I’m 30 and just started a new tech job after finishing my MBA. I recently moved into a 2 bed/1 bath apartment in Hell’s Kitchen, 401 W 56th St. (by 56th St. and 9th Ave). I’m looking for a male roommate to cosign for at least 1 year, with the possibility to renew next year. Rent is price listed, plus utilities (electric and internet). To clarify - it would be just you and me living here.
Available bedroom: It’s spacious (10.5 feet x 13 feet), room for a queen and desk. It doesn’t have a closet, but there is 1 closet outside you can use, and there is room for multiple dressers.
Building: Elevator building, has a fitness center and really nice outdoor patio (see photos). Building charges $25/month for this. Location is amazing, 2 blocks from Central Park and Columbus Circle Transit. Close to John Jay College and Fordham Lincoln Center. Tons of grocery stores, bars and restaurants nearby. Really good public transit access.
About me: I'm clean/organized (no dishes in sink, frequently vacuuming and wiping surfaces), and looking for someone similar. I’m a tennis player and cyclist and I like exploring the different boroughs. I plan to host friends from time to time. You are encouraged to invite your friends as well!
If you are interested in roomming, feel free to DM me!
