Kate A - $1,300/month

Looking for a roommate/room to move into September 2019. 1 yr lease preferable.

I have a 7 yr old german shepherd/corgi mix dog named Bishop. She's incredibly well behaved- basically just sleeps all day. Totally potty trained (hasn't had an accident in the house in years). She loves other dogs, and she has lived amicably with cats before.

I work on Long Island Sunday- Thursday as a Family Ministries Coordinator at an Episcopal church. Sometimes my girlfriend may spend the night, but I'll just as often stay at her place. My typical weekday includes an early wake up (I'm quiet) for gym then work, home by 6ish, cook dinner, and relax, typically crawl into bed around 9:30/10.

I like to keep a pretty clean home, especially in shared spaces.

Non-smoker. Not a regular drinker, but I do like to go out from time to time.
