I am renting a huge room in Leaside. Quite life and relaxing environment. Located in a Small four storey older building right beside Sunnybrook Park. All amenities around the pretty , safe place to live and love.
Hydro /Water Free. $12.00 for Wifi per month. Laundry Room Available 24 Hours. Parking would be extra, but that lis like anything and everything. Cost $65 a Month, but that is cheap for parking and it is in the above ground/underground, warm and dry.
