Kent H - $1,600/month

I currently live alone and my lease ends on August 31st. With increasing rent, I'm looking for a potential roommate. I am kind and keep to myself for the most part. Pretty easy to be around (as I've been told by strangers, coworkers, and friends) and like for people to be themselves around me as long as it causes no one harm. I'm looking for a roommate who is independent, but cool enough to hang out with every once in a while. I don't smoke and I drink only on occassion, so I'd prefer a roommate who is pretty similar in that aspect. I'm pretty creative, love art, design, music, and really just kicking it with my friends finding new things to do around the city. I work from home, and ideally would prefer to have quieter working conditions, although I like to listen to Spotify on my speakers to get me right every now and then. I truly understand organized clutter lol, but I have been working on minimizing and like to attempt to keep a cleaner space. With COVID still a concern, I like to be selective about guests.
