Keith F - $950/month

I am originally from Canada but have lived in the valley for almost 33yrs now. I spent 6yrs in the Army in my younger yrs and I currently work in Healthcare at a blood banking company called Vitalant in Tempe. I work second shift from 1400 to 2230 Thursday thru Monday. I don't go out and party or do the bar scene anymore, so I am not coming and going all hrs of the night and day.

I am looking to move by May if possible and I have a 9yr old Shepherd mix that has Cancer and won't be around long. I ha e two kids ages 18 and 16 but they live with their mother and no longer come and stay with me. I am easy going, quiet, reserved and very respectful of others. I am capable of keeping up after myself and helping out with chores or projects as needed.

I like going to concerts and have already been to 2 this yr and have two more already scheduled for August and November of this year. I don't cook a lot cause I eat at work except for my days off but I usually order Doordash cause I don't like cooking for just one person. I am single and haven't dated since my divorce in 2014.

I joined this site in hopes of finding a good place to live that isn't going to continually hike up my rent every couple months. I have live in my current Apt since 2018 but due too constant rent increases I am now looking for a room to rent. I am an open book so if you have any questions for me please feel free to ask me anything.
