My 21 year old daughter and I rented the upstairs in a beautiful home in North Houston. The first 2 months were great. Last week the AC went out only upstairs. The homeowner says he doesn't have funds to get repairs right now. Meanwhile it is unbarebly hot in our rooms. This is why we are looking for a place to move to ASAP. She works at Dennys and I am a call center shift leader (remote) We both also attend Strayer University"s Bachelor Degree Program.
If we stay here after tomorrow, we will have to pay rent for the month coming up. It's too hot in our room to even sleep. We are always respectful and clean. No drama. We just need a peaceful place to live for under $600 per month.
