I am a male student aged 21 looking for a room. I am available to move from 07/27/2020 and have a budget of $1250pcm. I would prefer to share with males or females ideally between 20 and 28 years old. I like to balance my lifestyle by trying to balance my work and free time at separate times. I believe that it is important to always work hard and stay focused, but that we should also try to not get too distracted from having a good time. It would be nice if my roommate had a similar approach to life.

If I were to be your roommate, you should expect to hear me singing (the good kind, not the bad kind!), or rehearsing scenes, monologues, or engaging in some sort of acting activity that could potentially be loud. This is mainly because I am an acting major, and will need my own space to focus on my own craft at times. I try to limit these times to only happen 4 times a week, but if it is that you may be trying to concentrate at a time when I want to work, I will respect your boundaries and environment so that you may also focus on your own work.

I will also like to bring my friends, or acquaintances at times, but I will always ask with my roommates if they're okay with my friends coming over.

Lastly, I try to keep myself organized and presentable at most times so I will always do my best to keep myself , and my room tidy.
