Hi! I am renting out my basement suite in my townhome in Lafayette, CO. The home is a three bedroom 3.5 bath on three levels. There are two master bedrooms upstairs, one that I live in and the other I also rent. I currently spend my time at my boyfriend’s house 85% of the time so will be in and out. I grew up in Colorado and like all things outdoors. I work in customer service for an apparel brand in Boulder and love it. I’m friendly, personable, and easy going. I like to cook but generally do that at my boyfriend’s house. I have a 10 year old dog who goes where I go. He’s very friendly and sweet and not a big barker.

My townhome is located in the Indian peaks neighborhood in Lafayette, CO. It’s very close to downtown Louisville and Lafayette as well as a short drive into Boulder. There are many lakes and trails in the area and a public golf course within the neighborhood. The basement suite has a south facing window so gets a ton of natural light during the day. Parking in the two car garage is shared and available to you to park in. Entry from the garage into your suite is private. Other shared spaces will be the kitchen, outdoor patio, and laundry. Looking for female to move in.
