Kayla W - $1,400/month

Hey, I’m Kayla! Currently living near the Omaha, NE, area, but excited to replace the scenic corn fields with some Miami beaches this Fall! My friends would describe me as easy-going and free spirited. In my free time I like to box, explore new places, and dance the night away. I tend to travel and go to music festivals across the country often.

I have my Bachelor’s in sports management from Colorado Mesa University, and am working on designing my own company pertaining to that degree. Currently bartending, so my schedule during the week fluctuates but can be expected that I will work most evenings and nights.

I’m a pretty laidback person, and would opt to have a roommate with equally chill vibes. Would love to be able to explore Miami and do dinners together on occasion. Cool with people coming over, but I do need some personal space to recharge every once and awhile, so I don’t want the apartment to be consistently full of people all of the time.

Looking to move in September/October. My monthly budget is $1300, and I would like to live in the downtown area, or somewhere with a good walk score.
