23 years old guy from Sweden who will move to New York autumn 2026 for exchange studies.
I’d describe myself as a pragmatic and realistic person who is very easy to live with. I tend to go with the flow and value a home environment that is functional and low-stress.

Social Style:
My philosophy on roommates is "no pressure." We don’t necessarily need to be best friends to have a great living situation, but I’m certainly not opposed to it if we click! I don’t believe in forcing a social dynamic; I’m perfectly happy just sharing the rent and being respectful cohabitants, but I’m open to a real friendship if it happens naturally.

Lifestyle:
When I have the time, I love cooking good food and enjoying a glass of wine. Or go out for a couple of beers. Those things are always better with company, so I’m happy to share a meal or a drink now and then. I enjoy socializing, but I also value my downtime and others so I won't force anything

Interests:
I like playing golf, sailing and being in the mountains but I don't know if any of that is possible to do in New York.
