Looking for a quite, CLEAN , Considerate, and working roomie that would be renting my other room in my small 2 bedroom apt on SUNSET BLVD in Echo Park. The Bedroom that I am renting already has a bed, desk, and a bookcase. Rent is $950 a month that does not include utilities but does come with a parking space and laundry onsite. The management is really cool and there is no credit check. The one thing that I do insist on is a 30 day notice before you move out.
The area that I live in is really an artistic community and I love it here. It's a short walk to Echo Park Lake, Lassens, and the Farmers Market on Fridays. Bar Henry, Eight Fold Coffee, and Guisados on our block. The people that live in this building are fashion designers, artist, film students ,etc.
On site Parking included in the rent.

Oh, also, I have two indoor/ outdoor cats

Move in April 1st.
